DELIVERY

Items will be processed by us within 2 business days of an order being received.  Please allow extra time if orders are taken on non-working days.  Personalised items will take an extra xx business days to be processed.   

 

Delivery options are as follows:-

 

Standard Delivery – (2 business days, 1st class, signed for) - £4.99

DPD (next day delivery) - £7.99

Free Delivery for orders over £150

Overseas orders – at this time we do not accept orders from outside the UK.

 

We cannot be held responsible for items once they have left our office or delays in delivery out of our control.

 

Refunds

 

In order to be eligible for a refund, we ask you return the item to us within 14 calendar days of your purchase.  Please request a proof of postage from your delivery method.

 

Each product must be in its original packaging, with all original tags attached, footwear must show no signs of outside wear as this will invalidate your refund.  Rugs must show no signs of wear and be free from any horse hair.  If unsure of sizing, we recommend rugs be tried on over a clean sheet - should you return a rug which shows any wear, this will invalidate your refund.


Upon receipt of your item/s, they will be inspected to confirm they adhere to our return policy, at which point a refund will be processed (less postage and package costs). The amount can only be refunded to the original payment method and will not be refunded to any alternative method.  Credit card payments may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. Please also allow extra days if a refund has been processed on a non-working day. 


Items that are faulty will receive a full refund (including postage and package costs).  If the product is returned damaged, shows wear and tear (as per above), or are returned in excess of 14 calendar days from the postage date, will not be eligible for a refund.  Contacting us to inform of your intention to return an item does not extend your return warranty. Our 14 days is strictly from postage date.

We do not accept refunds on personalised or sale items (unless faulty).  It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure all spelling or spellings of names are correct at the time of ordering along with the correct size and colour of both item and embroidery.  If a mistake is made on either spelling or thread colour by us, we will replace this item once receipt of the incorrect item has been returned.  Please note you must contact us immediately upon receipt of the incorrect item and send this back to us within the 14 days.  Postage will be refunded. 

 

We do not take responsibility for late arrivals due to the delivery agent chosen by the returnee.  We strongly advise you choose a ‘signed for’ option.

We will extend our returns timeframe over the Christmas period and this will be detailed at the time.

 

Exchanges

 

Items may be exchanged for different sizes.  Please email me with your requirements and new items will be despatched upon receipt of the original order.  These items must adhere to the rules above around original packaging, original tags attached, no wear and tear, etc. 

Terms

1. DEFINITIONS:
In these conditions:

i) "The seller" is E D Equestrian Limited  & associated businesses.

ii) "The Buyer" is the purchaser of the goods.

iii) "Goods" are goods & products of any kind sold by the seller.

2. APPLICATIONS OF CONDITIONS:
All goods are sold by the seller on the following Conditions which shall prevail unless otherwise agreed in writing by the seller.

3. PRICES:
Prices are quoted in the sellers price list are subject to change without notice. The price payable by the Buyer will be the price current at the date of despatch.

4. SHORTAGES, NON DELIVERY & COMPLAINTS:
No liability for alleged shortages of delivery or non delivery of goods will be accepted by the Seller unless claims are notified in writing to the Seller within 7 days of delivery for shortages or 10 days from date of invoice for non delivery. Any complaints need to be made in writing within 12 working days of receipt of order.

5. OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
a, All goods shall be at the buyers risk from the time of delivery but will remain the property of the Seller until all payment in respect of any goods delivered by the Seller to the Buyer have been paid in full.

b, The Seller may at any time when payment is due to the Seller for any goods retake ownership of all the Sellers goods then in the custody of the Buyer.

c, The Buyers right to hold or deal in any way with the Sellers shall terminate automati­cally and the Seller shall be entitled to immediately recover the goods if:

i) The buyer being an individual becomes Bankrupt or is the subject of a Bankruptcy Petition or enters into any agreements with creditors or,
ii) The buyer being a limited company is subject to the appointment of an Administrate Receiver or goes or is forced into any form of insolvency.

d, The buyer authorises the Seller, its employees or agents to enter the buyer’s premises for the purpose of enforcing these provisions. 

6. PAYMENT
a, Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing by the Seller, payment for the goods is due to the Seller at time of ordering

b, The Seller reserves the right to charge interest at 4% above the base rate at Starling  bank or on any amount overdue, from due date to the date of payment.
c, The Seller may set off against any overdue account any sums due for any reason from the Seller to the Buyer.

7. CANCEL­LATION:
a, any order placed by the Buyer shall be treated as a firm commitment and cancellation will not be accepted unless agreed in writing by the seller. Costs will be incurred in this instance.

b, The Seller will make all reasonable efforts to fulfil its obligation under such orders but shall not be liable for any cancellation or suspension of such orders caused by events beyond the control of the Seller.

8. SAMPLES:
All samples are sent out on a sales or return basis, a refund will be issued when goods are returned in the condition they were sent, we are unable to refund the carriage costs. There is a 25% restocking fee on returned samples unless agreed otherwise.

9. REPRE­SEN­TA­TIONS:
No statement, information warranty, condition or recom­men­dation made by the Sellers employees or agents shall vary or override these conditions.

10. LAW:
a, these conditions and all transactions between the Seller & the Buyer shall be governed by English Law and any disputes arising shall be resolved by the courts in England.

b, If any condition herein becomes or shall be declared by a court to be invalid or unenfor­ce­able that shall not impair or affect all other conditions, which will remain in full force & effect.

11. We endeavour to carry out all work within the agreed time scales, however we will not be held responsible for any delays or shortages occurring from incidents beyond our control. Every effort will be made to advise customers of any delays.
